Trademark Policy

Introduction

This "Policy" document outlines The Keep Good Company® Policy for using associated trademarks. The following sections describe trademarks this Policy covers and their use. To employ our trademarks in a manner not described, please see "Where to get further information" below for contact information. Any use that does not comply with this Policy or for which we have not separately provided written permission is not a use we have approved.

Trademarks Subject to this Policy

This Policy encompasses all trademarks and service marks, whether Word Marks, Logos, or Trade Dress, collectively called "Marks." Some Marks may not be registered, but registration does not equal ownership of trademarks. This Policy covers our Marks, whether they are registered or not. Specifically included are our Word Marks, Logos, and Trade Dress.

Our word trademarks and service marks (the "Word Marks" ):

  • The Keep Good Company

  • Aireport

Ownership of Marks

"The Keep Good Company®" and "Aireport®" are registered Marks of The Keep Good Company® LLC. The United States Patent and Trademark Office has granted the registration of these trademarks.

Permitted Use

"The Keep Good Company®" and "Aireport®" are strictly regulated. Unauthorized use of these Marks, including reproduction, imitation, or use in a manner likely to cause confusion or misunderstanding, is prohibited.

Fair use of these Marks, such as in comparative advertising or news reporting, is permissible provided that such use is lawful, non-deceptive, and does not infringe on the distinctiveness or reputation of our Marks.

What you can do:

Whenever you use one of the Marks, you must do so in a way that does not mislead anyone, directly or by omission. You may use the Word Marks and Logos on your webpage, but not the Trade Dress, to show your support for The Keep Good Company® and its products or services. You agree that you will not acquire any rights in the Marks and that any goodwill generated by your use of the Marks is solely to our benefit.

Prohibited Use

Do not:

  • Use Marks on your website or social media in any manner suggesting endorsement by The Keep Good Company®.

  • Claim domain names or social media handles using the Marks or any declared terms of art, including "KeepGood," "GoodCompany," and "KeepGoodCompany."

  • Employ Marks or their declared terms of art in any combination that forms part of a company name or another trademark.

Uses that are never allowed:

Some uses of The Keep Good Company® Marks are too confusing and never allowed, including reservation or use on social media and use of the Marks as part of a domain name, company name, or unaffiliated trademark.

Licensing and Authorization

Any use of "The Keep Good Company®" and "Aireport®" outside of fair use requires explicit written authorization from The Keep Good Company®. Examples include, but are not limited to, use in commercial products, services, marketing materials, and promotional activities.

Protection and Enforcement

The Keep Good Company® is committed to protecting its Marks and will take legal action to prevent unauthorized or infringing use. U.S. trademark laws and regulations govern the protection of these Marks.

Reporting Infringement

If you become aware of any "The Keep Good Company®" or "Aireport®" usage that violates this Policy or infringes upon our trademarks, please immediately contact The Keep Good Company® at hello@keepgood.co. Thank you for upholding the integrity of our Marks.

Trademark Marking and Legends

The first or most prominent mention of a Mark on a webpage, document, packaging, or documentation typically accompanies a symbol indicating whether the mark is a registered trademark ("®") or an unregistered trademark ("™").
